From what I heard Sukumvit Road goes all the way from the Cambodian border to the center of Bangkok. It's huge! You are only allowed to cross it at certain pedestrian bridges, else you'll be fined. Though I don't see why anyone in his right mind would want to cross this road while a thousand mad taxi-drivers and even mre drunk motorcyclists are aiming for you. During new year celebrations 800 people died in traffic-accidents in Thailand the paper reported.
