Better weather, 6.000 Yanks and learning to drive
The weather has finally picked so that I could explore the surroundings a bit with my car and get used to driving on the wrong side of the road (and it is the wrong side, no matter what some people here might say). Today I was in Freemantle (Freo) where the American aircraft-carrier "U.S.S. Kitty Hawk" is currently docked. As a result all of Perth and Freemantle is crawling with sailors on R&R. More »
