355 Days :: As Seen By Me :: Australia :: Whitsunday Beach

Supposedly the sand on Whitsunday Island is the finest in the world. It is so fine that it can get into your watches, cameras etc and damage them. It is pure silica sand and according to the locals Whitsunday has the longest silica-beach in the world. Well, all I cared about was that it looks reall, really beautiful. The boat everybody is walking towards is the raft we were on for the day - but you probably would have figured that one our without my help.
